Hi! I was wondering if you have a rough idea on the nutritional facts for these. I made them for the first time tonight and they are delicious! Thank you!
Preheat oven to 350º F
Combine the almond flour, cinnamon, and sugar together in a medium bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place in 8x8 or 9x9 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. If using an 8x8 pan bake for an addition 5 minutes.
Let chill for at least one hour, but for best results leave overnight to set. Enjoy!

1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup almond butter (can substitute natural peanut butter)
1/2 cup protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
