Tofu Ground "Beef"
Ingredients
- 1 block tofu firm or extra firm
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press your tofu to remove as much water as possible. Press for at least 15 minutes.
- When ready to start cooking, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Crumble the pressed tofu into a bowl, resembling ground beef.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
